Under our project Dealing with the Past, Participation of Marginalized Groups, and Methods of Non-Violent Conflict Transformation in Nepal, supported by Kurve Wustrow, we are engaging school adolescents for social change.
Recently, we organized a couple of school competitions on the theme “What is your role to end caste-based discrimination in the community?”
Students shared inspiring ideas, personal reflections, and creative messages on equality, respect, and inclusion for all. Their active participation and confidence showed that young people can become strong voices for positive social change and help build a discrimination-free society .
To recognize their creativity and commitment, prizes were distributed to the participants and winners.
