Capacity Building - CDWN Team
Center for Dalit Women Nepal recently organized a two-and-a-half-day Capacity Building Workshop, bringing together Board Members, colleagues from the central office, and field teams for a shared learning and reflection experience.
Throughout the workshop, participants reviewed key organizational policies, received an orientation on Protection from Sexual Exploitation, Abuse, and Harassment (PSEAH), strengthened their knowledge of digital safety and security, explored practical AI tools to enhance organizational effectiveness, and shared experiences and lessons from field implementation.
The workshop also provided an important platform for dialogue between the Board, management, and staff, fostering mutual understanding, stronger coordination, and a shared vision for the future.
Beyond strengthening institutional capacity, the workshop served as a refreshing opportunity for the entire team to reconnect, reflect, and grow together. By fostering a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and innovation, CDWN remains committed to building a stronger organization that advances equality, inclusion, and meaningful social change
