𝐌𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐢-𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐒𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐲𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝐕𝐢𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐚𝐥 𝐓𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐥𝐲.

An interactive awareness session was conducted on the resolution proposal tabled in the National Assembly regarding the prevention of cyber violence and cyber crimes.

 

The program brought together Honorable National Assembly Members, Members of the House of Representatives, representatives from the Nepal Police Crime Investigation Department, Nepal Police Cyber Bureau, legal professionals, and journalists to discuss growing concerns around cyber violence, including online harassment, cyberbullying, digital stalking, identity theft, online fraud, and other forms of technology-facilitated violence.

 

Participants emphasized the need for stronger legal and policy measures, effective implementation, and increased public awareness to create a safer, more inclusive, and rights-based digital environment for all.
