TOT - Transformative Gender Manual Year 3 Sarlahi

A three-day Training of Trainers (TOT) on the Gender Transformative Dialogue Manual (Year 3) was held in Sarlahi (September 1 to 3, 2025) with 15 participants (13 women, 2 men). The training enhanced participants’ knowledge of the manual strengthened negotiation and decision-making skills, and built capacities to lead community-level gender dialogues. Using participatory methods, participants analyzed harmful norms such as child marriage, dowry, and unequal gender roles, shared testimonies of change, and developed community action plans. The TOT increased confidence, leadership, and advocacy skills, equipping participants to act as local change agents for gender equality and social transformation.
