Capacity Sharing Workshop with ELCA at CDWN

CDWN was honored to host a 2-day Capacity Sharing Workshop in partnership with our long-time collaborator, the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA). We warmly welcomed their team to our office and project areas for this enriching event.

We extend our sincere gratitude to Mr. Chandran Martin and Mr. Subhasis Roy for their expert facilitation covering key topics such as report writing, proposal development, success stories, emergency response, and more. Their knowledgeable guidance and approachable style made the sessions both practical and inspiring.

We also thank all the participating organizations who actively engaged in group activities, discussions, and shared their valuable experiences. The thoughtful exchange of gifts—including books, bags, and materials—added a special warmth to the workshop.

Following the sessions, the ELCA team visited our project sites, observed ongoing field-level activities, and interacted directly with community participants. Their engagement brought encouragement and valuable feedback that will help strengthen our work on the ground.
