Workshop on political leadership
The Center for Dalit Women Nepal recently hosted a transformative workshop on political leadership in Bhimeshwor Municipality, Dolakha.
This basic learning workshop targeted women ward members, aiming to develop their leadership skills with a special focus on the unique qualities that make political leaders shine. Through theme-based speaking and presentations, participants gainedvaluable insights and confidence.
This initiative is part of the Fostering Effective and Inclusive Sub-National Governance program, and we couldn’t be prouder of the amazing women who are stepping up to lead their communities!
